Casa Mar Rates from November 2009 through June 2010.

Weekly Rates:

2 persons - $795 per week

Add $125 for each additional person

Daily Rates:

2 persons - $150

3 persons - $175

4 persons - $200

Children are 1/2 price

Please inquire about discounted prices for additional weeks or months.

Full kitchen and all linens, sheets and towels are included.

Pets are welcome.

Smoking outside on the deck please.

Casa Mar is located 20 miles south of the Marsh Harbour International Airport so it is recommended that you consider renting a car or better yet, a boat, but it is not necessary.
If you chose not to rent a car or boat there are taxi's at the airport that will carry you to the house in Little Harbour.
There are no food stores in Little Harbour so you must go to the liquor and grocery store in Marsh Harbour before coming to the house. There is a very nice grocery store in Cherokee Sound, the Cherokee Food Fair, about 2 miles from the house.
I highly recommend bringing some food with you from the states as all food in Abaco comes on the weekly freight boat from West Palm Beach and the prices are about 35% higher on the island. I bring a cooler as part of my checked baggage full of meat, snack foods and gourmet items almost every time I fly to Abaco. There are no problems at Bahamas customs and I have never had an agent look in my cooler going through customs.
